Returns

RETURN POLICY:

Most orders - with the exception of “final sale” items -  can be returned within the first 30 days of purchase. Returns can only be accepted from purchases made directly from Shopsonix.com, Shopsonix.co.uk, or our Amazon.com storefront. Products must be returned unused in resell-able condition. For any defective or damaged items, we will gladly accept an exchange or return request within 14 days of delivery. To begin the process, please email support@shopsonix.com providing your order number and proof of defect or damageProof of purchase required.

Product(s) can be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal or greater value or a refund of the purchased price within 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs as well as fees for reshipment if a replacement product is sent as an exchange. Proof of purchase required.

Items excluded from returns: Stationery, Face Masks, Universal Liners, Screen Protectors, Hair Accessories.*

RETURN/ EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Email us at support@shopsonix.com
  2. Fill out a return authorization form (We do not provide a prepaid shipping label for returns)
  3. Package your product in its original packaging and prepare your return
  4. Make sure your return parcel is trackable as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost.
  5. Please allow 7-14 days for your return/exchange to be processed
  6. Once the request is fully processed, you will receive an email from support@shopsonix.com

 

WARRANTY RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Period: 30 days from date of purchase
  2. Email us for warranty claim form at support@shopsonix.com
  3. After you receive warranty claim form, please fill out the form with your address filled in clearly
  4. Please package warranty claim form, copy of the original receipt and product in its original retail packaging securely in a box or padded envelope and send with tracking. 
  5. Make sure your return parcel is trackable as we are not responsible for lost return package

International Returns - Shipping

Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. We do not provide a prepaid shipping label for International orders. Please return items to the address listed on the return form. *Duties, taxes, and shipping charges are nonrefundable.
